Location. Modern Jurys Croke Park Hotel Dublin is located in Dublin, Ireland, opposite Croke Park stadium (GAA headquarters) and within one-and-a-half kilometres of the city centre. The Irish Museum of Modern Art and Hugh Lane Gallery are within easy reach of the hotel. Dublin International Airport (DUB) is seven kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Jurys Croke Park Hotel Dublin is a four-storey, white and red-brick building with complimentary parking. The lobby has a cream marble floor, large rug and wood panels with matching front desk.

The Sideline Bistro and Bar at Jurys Croke Park Hotel Dublin is a contemporary restaurant with black, grey and white decor, wooden floors, and large rugs. Its modern menu of European dishes is made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Il Barista coffee bar has low brown leather seats and serves freshly baked pastries, tea and coffee. There is wireless Internet access in both the bars.

The hotel has three conference and seminar rooms, each with high-speed and wireless Internet access, and a business centre.

Jurys Croke Park Hotel Dublin has a well- equipped gym, and billiards tables. Croke Park, opposite the hotel, hosts Gaelic football and hurling matches, and is the temporary ground for international rugby. There are occasional large concerts here.

Expert Tip. Lansdowne Road was the oldest international rugby ground in the world until it closed down to be redeveloped at the beginning of 2007. International rugby matches have moved to Dublin's Croke Park, opposite the hotel, until a new stadium is built.

From Dublin International Airport (DUB):
Distance to Jurys Croke Park Hotel Dublin is seven kilometres, approximately 15 minutes' drive.

Getting there. Number 747 and 748 Airlink buses connect the airport to Dublin city centre, and depart every 15 minutes. Tickets can be bought from the driver and the single fare is about 5 EUR. A 24-hour service to central Dublin and Dublin South is offered by Aircoach. Local bus services regularly depart from the arrivals terminal, connecting to destinations throughout the city and its suburbs. Taxis cost about 18 EUR-20 EUR to the city centre. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Jurys Croke Park Hotel Dublin is on Jones Road, opposite Croke Park stadium. Dublin city centre and Temple Bar's cobbled streets can easily be explored on foot. Dublin's extensive double- decker bus system and tram network operate throughout the city and the suburbs. Taxis are available at ranks, and can also be hailed on the street. Parking in the city centre is limited and expensive, but a car is recommended for exploring further afield.

Driving directions. From Dublin International Airport:
Follow the N11 to the Whitehall Crossroads.
Go straight ahead and follow the road through Drumcondra.
At the end of the Drumcondra Road Lower, turn left on to Clonliffe Road and then right on to Jones Road.
